21% VAT will be added to European Union Customers (Shipping and Billing Addresses are within EU country). Customers outside of the European Union (Shipping and Billing Address are non-EU country) are free of this charge and will not be charged 21% VAT.

Fully insured shipping within the EU is free on all orders. For orders over 2500 euro in value (ex vat) order will be delivered by priority shipment within 1-3 working days express door-to-door insured courier following the completion of the jewel. For all orders under 2500 euro (ex vat) your order will be delivered within 3-20 business days.
Shipment on purchases under 2500 euro to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, UK can be upgraded to Priority Shipping for 30 euro charge to:.
Shipment on purchases under 2000 euro to Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.
For shipping outside the EU region a supplementary charge will be added. This charge will be confirmed with customer before shipment.

Jewelry (includes all jewlry items and gold settings displayed on this site). 
Belgium Diamonds allows customers a 14 day cancellation and return policy. If you wish to cancel or return your jewelry purchase, send an email to us with order id number and description and we will guide you through the cancellation and return process. All of Belgiumdiamonds.net jewelry are made to order goods and clearly personalised items which can not be fully refunded as provided by applicable EU law.  In condsideration of this Belgium Diamonds BVBA will subtract 20% of the purchase amount (minimum 150 euro) for the manufacturing, processing, handling and market fluctuations of the raw materials from the reimbursement amount.

Loose Diamonds
Belgiumdiamonds.net allows customers a 14 day cancellation and return policy. If you wish to cancel or return your purchase, send an email to us with order ID number and description and we will guide you through the cancellation and return process. Due to the fluctuation of the diamond market and expenses incurred with administration and shipping the customer will be required to pay 150 eur secure shipping, administrative, handling and processing fees plus any market loss that occurred. Upon request, Belgium Diamonds BVBA will provide customer with expected refund perctange of each diamond before purchase.
Reimbursement of certain diamonds may take up to 90 days (if you want to know if the item you purchased is in the 90 day refund category please send us an email with diamond or product ID before purchase to confirm item refund duration).

Special Orders and Custom Designed
Jewelry Deposit of 35% will be charged when you place a special diamond order or request a custom designed product.  This deposit will not be reimbursed if order is cancelled or returned.

All purchases are subject to the final approval of belgiumdiamonds.net and Belgium Diamonds BVBA.
If the item (items) purchased is not available you will be offered a replacement item. If the customer does not accept the replacement item, customer will receive a 100% payment refund.
If display price and/or features are erroneous due to technical or administrative issue, We have the discretion to refuse the purchase. Customer will receive a 100% payment refund.


After you receive your jewel, we  provide an after sales guarantee and warranty. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection. If we determine your jewel is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the merchandise or, if we deem appropriate, replace the item.

We offer a free one time resizing and yearly cleaning and inspection service free of charge to our customers.  The customer only pays for shipping and return shipping. 

We do not replace nor take responsibility  for diamond/diamonds which are lost or fall from your jewel. We therefore strongly recommend that you insure you fully insure your jewel immediately following receipt of your package. With your package you will receive and invoice and valuation which can be used when insuring your jewel.
